Some jobs we do make us want to poke our eyes out with a fork.Come on you know the one's that i am talking about.
Don't you wish that you could just get rid of them and have someone else do them for you.
If you do then i am going to tell you how in this article!
You may have done a fair share of jobs that may have made you tense up and quit.So knowing that we can not do everything even though we want to try you need to learn to delegate as much work as possible.
For this you can use websites like
This is a site in the Philippines with a large pool of contractors that can do all the jobs that you do not enjoy doing yourselves you can also use sites like ELANCE which is now UPwork or 99design for design related things.
Running a team though can feel like a job itself if you don't follow these 5 steps.
The steps are:
1.Think Long Term
You may have to put in a bit of groundwork to find the right person but once you have someone to do those jobs you hate doing yourself you may never have to do them again and again and it will feel like the weight of the world is off your shoulders.
Alright at number 2 we have job test.
Give the workers a small test job to see the if they are capable enough. The workers may say that they are the best at what they do but they will eventually need to prove it, so the ones who are proactive to do the test job by themselves and get it done and give it a go they obviously got some skills which you are going to need.
3.Be OK With Some Frogs
Be OK with kissing a few frogs. Maybe you hired someone who seemed the best but then they start doing things like not showing up on time, but keep in mind that they are the best at what they do they may not have great time management skills but that is where you are going to give them a test drive before you decide if they are going to be your long term partner.
4.Pay Them More
You should always be OK with paying them more. When you do find a good person offer them an enticing monthly fee so they only work with you. You always want your team to be their for you for example if you come up with an idea at 3 am you definitely would want your team to comply with you.So rewarding them more financially can be quite useful for you.
5.Cover Your Ass On Price
Some workers try to test you out. They will make you agree on an hourly rate and then they will take a day to do the job which could have been done in 5 minutes. So when they offer you a price screenshot what you both have agreed on and get really on the hours.
This is again where a test job helps and if you get a flat rate for the first month trial then after that 30 days you will have a clear picture on their skills and turnaround time. This all comes down to great communication and you are the leader so make sure you take hiring by the horns and you stay the boss.
Make sure that you are communicating clearly and are not expecting them to read your mind.
So guys here is what you need to look out for when you want to hire the right team for your business!
Hope this was helpful,
